Instructions for use Always use Japanese Medicinal Herbal Oil exactly as described in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The recommended dose is: For adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: - For internal use, take 2 drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil on sugar or in a glass of warm water 1 to 3 times daily. - For inhalation, add 3 to 4 drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil to hot water. For adults and children from 4 years of age: - When used externally, rub a few drops of Japanese medicinal plant oil into the affected areas of the skin. Warning notices Contains menthol.
